Freight/Commodity Transportation Services Dart Trucking Company, Inc. is also a long distance and regionalized transporter of general commodities. With our wide variety of equipment and service locations, we can haul products such as building materials, dry bulk commodities, coal, salt, sand, coke, ferroalloys, steel products (sheets, coils, rolls), heavy machinery, chemicals, paint, packaged fertilizers, refractory materials, and petroleum products. Raw materials for heavy industry and construction materials are transported by our dump division. Additionally, Dart Trucking transports general commodities on flatbeds and vans via our company terminals and a network of agents throughout the United States. • Dedicated Fleet Services Dart also offers complete third-party transportation management services to meet the unique needs an individual customer may have. This service involves comprehensive transportation management of dedicated units or fleet services which includes providing various types of equipment, dispatch management, operations management, and comprehensive reports. Supervision of the customer's ongoing transportation requirements and the ability to furnish customer feedback are essential elements of third party transportation services. The "outsourcing" of complicated and time-consuming functions allows our customers to focus on their core business, while reducing their costs. |
