DUMP & ROLL-OFF DIVISION

Our Dump & Roll-Off Division is one of the industry leaders in the transportation of hazardous and non- hazardous materials.  This division is permitted to operate in all 48 states of the continental United States and Canada but mostly regional runs are available.

Our Dump & Roll-Off terminal is located in Columbiana, Ohio.  This division is permitted to haul various commodities such as sludge, contaminated dirt, scrap, stone, rock, coke, C&D, waste water filter, municipal solid waste, etc. across all 48 states and Canada.

Driver Requirements:

• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have a Class A CDL with Haz Mat endorsement
• No more than two moving violations within the last three years
• No more than one preventable accident with the last three years
• No DUI or DWI within the last five years
• Eighteen (18) months of verifiable tractor and trailer experience within the last three years
• Dump and/or roll-off experience
• Must be physically capable of tarping trailers and roll-off boxes
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Certificate AND Medical Examiner’s Report
• Must pass Pulmonary Function Test
• No facial hair for proper respirator fit

 

Primary Hiring Areas

• Northeast Ohio
• Western Pennsylvania

Orientation and Training:

• Two day orientation training in Columbiana, Ohio of which you are paid a rate of $80.00 per day.
• Forty (40) hour Haz WOPER training course of which you are paid a rate of $80.00 per day.

Home Time:

• Home one to two days per week

Equipment:

• Framed and frameless dump trailers, roll-off trailers, roll-off boxes, flatbeds, walking floors and tipper trailers
• Freightliner FLD 120 tractors

Compensation Package:

• Demurrage pay at $12.00 per hour when properly executed
• Tarping fee of $12.00 per load
• Drop/pick-up fee of $25.00 for any loads that have multiple drops or pick-ups
• A city fee of $22.00 for each trip into the New York City area (includes the five boroughs and Long Island).
• Overnight Road Allowance of $20.00 per night 
• Paid every Friday.  Two week hold on first check.

Incentive Programs:

• Safety bonus of $.01 per mile after one year of employment
