DUMP & ROLL-OFF DIVISION (COMPANY DRIVER)

Our Dump & Roll Off Division is one of the industry leaders in the transportation of hazardous and non- hazardous materials.
This division is permitted to operate in all 48 states of the continental United States and Canada, but mostly regional runs
are available.

Our Dump & Roll Off terminal is located in Columbiana, Ohio. This division is permitted to haul various commodities such as
sludge, contaminated dirt, scrap, stone, rock, coke, C&DD, waste water filter, municipal solid waste, etc. across all 48 states.

Requirements:
• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have a Class A CDL and Haz Mat endorsement
• 18 months of verifiable tractor and trailer experience
• Dump and/or roll off experience
• Must be physically capable of tarping loads. Must pass pulmonary function test.
• No DUI or DWI within the last five years
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
• Pass a DOT physical or have a current DOT physical with Longform

Orientation and Training:
• Two (2) day orientation in Columbiana, Ohio of which you are paid a rate of $10.00 per hour
• Forty (40) hour Haz WOPER training course of which you are paid a rate of $10.00 per hour

Home Time:
• Home three to four nights per week and weekends, although some weekend work is required

Equipment:
• Framed and frameless dump trailers, roll off trailers, roll off boxes, walking floors, liquid tankers and tipper trailers
• Freightliner FLD 120 tractors
• 430 hp CAT engines
• Nine (9) and ten (10) speed transmissions
• Air, Jake and cruise control

Rate:

• Demurrage pay at $12.00 per hour when properly executed
• Tarping fee of $12.00 per load
• Drop/pick up fee if $25.00 for any loads that have multiple drops or pick-ups
• A city fee of $22.00 for each trip into the New York City area (including the five boroughs and Long Island). This division does not go into
  New York City
• Overnight road allowance of $20.00 per night
• Per diem of $41.00 per night
• Paid every Friday. Two week hold on first check
