Hazardous Waste Division
Our Hazardous Waste Division is one of the industry leaders in the transportation of hazardous materials. This division primarily operates in a 22-state area east of the Mississippi River, although we are permitted to operate in all 48 states of the continental U.S. and Canada.
Our Hazardous Waste Division terminals are located in Columbiana, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois. This division hauls general freight and hazardous waste materials between the East Coast and Southwestern portions of the U.S. These locations include, but are not limited to: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Southeastern Texas. We are permitted to haul general commodity freight and specialize in hauling industrial hazardous waste.
Driver Requirements:
- Must be 23 years of age
- Must have a Class A CDL with Haz Mat endorsement
- No more than two moving violations within the last three years
- No more than one preventable accident within the last three years
- No DUI or DWI within the last five years
- Eighteen (18) months of verifiable tractor and trailer experience within the last three years
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Must posses a valid DOT Medical Certificate AND Medical Examiner’s Report
- Must pass Pulmonary Function Test
- No facial hair for proper respirator fit

Orientation and Training:
- Two day orientation training in Columbiana, Ohio of which you are paid a rate of $80.00 per day
- Forty (40) hour Haz WOPER training course of which you are paid a rate of $80.00 per day (5 day training)
