MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE (MSW) DIVISION
Our Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Division is one of the industry leaders in the transportation of municipal solid waste. This division primarily operates between Northeast Ohio and the East Coast, although we are permitted to operate in all 48 states of the continental US and Canada.
Our MSW terminal is located in Columbiana, Ohio. This division hauls general commodities and industrial freight to the East Coast, mainly Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts. We do not haul food products or hazardous materials. In turn, the driver will haul bailed trash or demolition debris to landfills in Ohio (Poland, Alliance and Waynesburg). The driver is required to alternate between three and two complete rounds on a weekly basis.
Driver Requirements:
- Must be 23 years of age
- Must have a Class A CDL
- No more than two moving violations within the last three years
- No more than one accident within the last three years
- No DUI or DWI within the last five years
- Eighteen (18) months of verifiable tractor and trailer experience within the last three years
- Flatbed experience preferred
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Must posses a valid DOT Medical Certificate AND Medical Examiner’s Report
Primary Hiring Areas
Orientation and Training:
- Two day orientation training in Columbiana, Ohio of which you are paid a rate of $80.00 per day
Home Time:
- Home during the weekend
- May be through home one or two nights during the week, depending upon where you live

- Open-top (tipper) trailers
- Freightliner Century or Freightliner FLD 120 tractors
